David Albertini

David F. Albertini, Ph.D., Professor of Anatomy and Cellular Biology and Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tufts University School of medicine has been studying the process of oocyte development and maturation for over 30 years. Building on his Ph.D. training at Harvard Medical School, he has continued to contribute to our understanding of the physiology of oocytes in a variety of mammals especially with reference to the determinants of oocyte properties needed for embryonic development.
